We work with some of the finest Condominium Associations, Home Owner Associations, and Resorts on the island. We can provide daily full-service contracts as well as twice weekly Aquatic monitoring services and staff training.
Full Service Contract
This option is popular with Associations that have little to no staff and want us to come in and be the contracted pool operator. We will run and maintain your facility above and beyond state code requirements. We will protect your assets and liabilities. With 25 years in the commercial pool business, this is our specialty.
Aquatic Monitoring
We’ve discovered a huge need for proper monitoring and training at the resort level. These establishments have a large staff responsible for a wide range of building and engineering related duties and need a professional to come in a few times a week to test, balance, backwash, perform safety inspections, recommend chemical purchases, troubleshoot operating systems. We report and recommend immediately after each visit to keep your pools and spas operating smoothly.
Set Up Binder & Staff Training
We can set your commercial pool, spa, and water features up with tailor made dosage charts, CDC fecal incident response logs, safety inspections, and state code required daily test logs that are specific to your filtration and sanitation systems. Then we can provide staff training on proper pool operations.
